Shuttle Driver

Overview

The Shuttle Drivers at Highgate Hotels Manchester are responsible for providing hospitality in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner to all guests. Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring guests are driven to and from the airport in an efficient, safe manner.
• Assisting with guests' belongings such as luggage, baby strollers, suit jackets, and wheelchairs.
• Providing driving directions and other information to guests.
• Maintaining shuttle maintenance and ensuring vehicles are fueled and roadworthy.
• Maintaining hotel emergency procedures and immediately reporting all incidents to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Excellent communication skills; read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.
• Valid driver's license with a clear DMV Motor Vehicle Report for the past 36 months.
• No direct threat to the health or safety of self or others.
