About the role

The Shuttle Driver is responsible for delivering first-class customer service to guests in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner. The Shuttle Driver drives a multi-passenger van.

Responsibilities

• Talk with guests in a personable and comfortable manner.
• Provide excellent guest service.
• Drive in all kinds of weather.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Commercial shuttle experience preferred but not required.
• Effective communication in English, both verbally and written form.
• Exceptional guest service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift, push, pull objects up to 50 pounds with reasonable accommodation, and exhibit full range of motion including standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, climbing, balancing, and crouching.
• Ability to sit for long periods of time.
• Ability to drive in all weather conditions.
