Training Supervisor

Role Overview: Supervises daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, selection, loading, and storage, ensuring productivity, accuracy, safety, and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Assigns work to warehouse staff, monitors KPIs, and maintains safe, clean, and compliant work environments.Coordinates with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues promptly.Ensures proper training, conducts pre-shift meetings, and manages staffing, performance, and development of associates.Oversees equipment maintenance, safety protocols, and reports incidents or injuries.Supports adherence to governmental regulations, promotes safety, and maintains operational efficiency. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED required.Preferred: three years of warehouse experience and one year of supervisory experience.Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and leadership skills.Proficiency in MS Office and Warehouse Management Systems.Ability to multi-task, lift up to 75 pounds with assistance, and work flexible hours in a moderate to high noise environment. Physical & Other Requirements: Must frequently sit, walk, stand, handle objects, and reach; capable of working in warehouse conditions, including temperature variations and noise. Must be able to work extended shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.
