Training Supervisor

About the role

This position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the development and implementation of operations training programs at a Clean Energy Center. As the subject matter expert, you will lead instructors, design performance-based training aligned with the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) model, and ensure training programs meet regulatory and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct counseling sessions and evaluate trainee performance.
• Maintain training relevancy by updating programs based on industry reports and regulations.
• Support audits and special projects related to training and operations.
• Support business initiatives, emergency preparedness, and outage support.
• Coordinate instructor efforts and ensure alignment with training objectives.

Requirements

• Current or previous SRO license or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in training or education.

Qualifications

• Preferred: supervisory experience, power plant background, or prior lead instructor roles.
