About the role
This position supports various Supervisor Field Ops Training roles within Distribution Operations, including OH progression/refresher, OES promotional, and FLS Academy. The ideal candidate should have 4-7 years of internal utility experience or equivalent external industry experience, with prior supervisory experience evaluated following the interview.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and direct craft employees engaged in the execution and delivery of scheduled training and OJT activities.
- Achieve Exelon's safety, reliability, and performance goals through the highest levels of customer service and maintenance.
- Promote and maintain a high-performance culture and learning organization.
- Serve as a change agent for business initiatives and ensure the human element is understood and considered.
- Provide timely recognition of employee contributions.
- Facilitate open and honest communication with staff.
- Assure that upward communication is integrated into the process, including employee concerns and complaints.
- Develop methods to assess communication effectiveness and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Establish, maintain, and improve relationships with other departments in Exelon.
- Manage Union/management relationships and engage local union stewards to effectively facilitate the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
- Work within departmental budgets.
- Plan resource coverage, execute, and evaluate training and OJT effectiveness directed at achieving business plans and business unit objectives.
- Manage large-scale training projects.
Requirements
- Leadership, facilitation, training program instruction, and program management experience.
- Field processes and safety guideline knowledge.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of the collective bargaining agreement and related procedures, policies, and processes.

- Annual salary ranging from $96,800.00/Yr. to $133,100.00/Yr.
