Training Supervisor
About the role
Every day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high-quality plasma you collect will become life-changing medicines. You will report to the Center Manager and oversee the general management of employees assigned to the production areas.
Responsibilities
- Monitor center training needs to ensure completion of cross-training and annual re-certification training
- Review Quality Control Records
- Cook up and perform new employee orientation and participate in the hiring process
- Manage the production area, motivate employees to meet their performance goals and comply with company quality standards and procedures
- Counsel hourly staff on operational, safety, and customer service concerns and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED (Automatic External Defibrillator) certification
- Frequent bending and reaching. Requires ability to walk and stand for entire shift, frequent lifting to 32 pounds, and occasional lifting to 50 lbs.
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance
- Because of potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens, prolonged glove wear is required
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- CPR and AED certification
- Frequent bending and reaching. Ability to walk and stand for entire shift, lift up to 32 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance
- Experience in a similar role preferred

- U.S. Hourly Wage Range: $22.80 - $31.35
