Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree is required, but a master’s degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of education experience is preferred.
  • Effective organizational, oral and written communication skills, problem-solving, program development and computer skills.
  • Experience instructing individuals at various skill levels in a classroom environment and communicating effectively with a diverse population.
  • Ability to work with a variety of disciplines and levels of staff across departments and the health system in a respectful and professional manner.
  • Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
  • MS Office proficiency.
  • Proven ability to complete a full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate).

Responsibilities

This role requires the utilization of technology in daily work in various applications. One focus of this position is collaboration with the technical team to communicate issues, risks, escalations, timelines, and delays to ensure an exceptional customer experience. The other focus of this position is assessing learner needs and capabilities and adapting training methods to meet the needs of the learner to ensure training success.
