About the role

Proclinical is seeking a Training Specialist to support process improvements and system enablement initiatives. In this role, you will focus on creating and implementing change management plans, developing training materials, and driving adoption of new processes and tools across teams. This position requires a proactive approach to education and training, with an emphasis on clear communication and user-friendly resources.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate change management plans, including drafting and organizing materials for process education and system training sessions.
• Map and streamline process workflows across Legal, Procurement, and Policy Operations to support system changes.
• Create training and educational materials to drive adoption across R&D and other business teams.
• Design and build user-friendly education and training resources, such as user guides, presentations, videos, and e-learning modules.
• Coordinate training sessions, including scheduling, sending invitations, and managing participant communications.

Requirements

• Experience in change management, training, or organizational development.
• Familiarity with Agiloft and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) concepts.
• Knowledge of task orchestration and process automation is preferred.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience is helpful but not required.
