Training Specialist

About the Position:

This is a permanent position within the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Learning Center (ULC) in Redstone Arsenal, AL.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs for personnel.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of training materials and resources.
• Provide technical support to trainees and trainers.
• Conduct evaluations and assessments of training effectiveness.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in training and development.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
