About the Position:
This is a permanent position within the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Learning Center (ULC) in Redstone Arsenal, AL.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training programs for personnel.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of training materials and resources.
- Provide technical support to trainees and trainers.
- Conduct evaluations and assessments of training effectiveness.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in training and development.
