We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections that have real content. The posting includes: description about company, benefits, etc. Let's parse.
We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. The posting includes:
- Opening motivational sentences (Are you motivated...). This is like intro. Could be "About the role" or maybe "Overview". We'll treat as "About the role" section.
- Benefits: "We have highly competitive benefits with a variety HMO and PPO options. We have company 401k match along with an Employee Stock Purchase Program. We have tuition reimbursement, leadership development, and even start employees off with 16 days of paid time off plus holidays. We offer wellness courses and have highly engaged employee resource groups." That's benefits.
- Also mention "We believe in career development and empowering our employees. Not only do we provide career coaches internally, but we offer many training opportunities to expand your knowledge base!" That's also benefits or maybe "About the role". Could be part of benefits.
- Position Summary and Core Responsibilities: that's responsibilities.
- Experience, Education And Qualifications: that's qualifications/requirements.
- Travel Required: travel up to 25% to 35% for in-person training programs. That could be Schedule? Actually schedule maybe not given; travel is a requirement. Could be under "Travel" but we only have headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can map: Responsibilities (core responsibilities). Requirements/Qualifications maybe combine. Skills maybe from qualifications. Benefits separate. Pay not mentioned, so omit. Schedule not mentioned (no specific hours), omit.

We need to use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we need to turn responsibilities into list items. Also qualifications into list. Benefits into list.
We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from posting.
Let's extract details:
Intro paragraph: "Are you motivated to participate in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment? Do you want to join a company that invests in its employees? Are you seeking a position where you can use your skills while continuing to be challenged and learn? Then we encourage you to dive deeper into this opportunity. We believe in career development and empowering our employees. Not only do we provide career coaches internally, but we offer many training opportunities to expand your knowledge base! We have highly competitive benefits with a variety HMO and PPO options. We have company 401k match along with an Employee Stock Purchase Program. We have tuition reimbursement, leadership development, and even start employees off with 16 days of paid time off plus holidays. We offer wellness courses and have highly engaged employee resource groups. Come join the Neo team and be part of our amazing World Class Culture! NeoGenomics has an opening for a Senior Training Program Specialist, Commercial Education & Effectiveness who wants to continue to learn in order to allow our company to grow."
We can treat this as About the role (overview). Should we include the motivational questions? Yes, preserve.
Then "The ideal candidate will be located Remote Non-CA with travel to Fort Myers for a week every other month." That's location/travel requirement. Could be under Responsibilities? Actually it's about location. Could be part of Requirements. We'll include in Requirements.
Then "Now that you know what we're looking for in talent, let us tell you why you'd want to work at NeoGenomics: As an employer, we promise to provide you with a purpose driven mission in which you have the opportunity to save lives by improving patient care through the exceptional work you perform. Together, we will become the world's leading cancer reference laboratory." That's also about company mission; could be part of About the role.
Then "Position Summary The Senior Training Program Specialist owns the operational backbone of the Commercial Education & Effectiveness (CEE) training calendar. The role plans and runs the logistics for approximately five new hire training classes per year, each built as a virtual week followed by a week-long in-person program, and partners with the corporate event planning team on the Global Commercial Meeting (GCM) and Summer Session. The Specialist schedules and confirms presenters, manages hotel and program logistics, prepares materials, administers the learning platform and the CEE SharePoint site, and maintains attendance, completion, and evaluation records. This is a program and project management role. The Specialist is the single point of accountability for ensuring programs run on time, on budget, and without disruption to learning."
That's responsibilities.
Then "Core Responsibilities" bullet list (actually sentences). We'll convert each sentence to list item.
List items:
- Own the end-to-end logistics plan and timeline for approximately five new hire training classes per year, working backward from each class start date across both the virtual and in-person portions of the program.
- Schedule and confirm presenters for virtual training sessions, including invitations, calendar management, content collection, quality review, and same-day support.
- Manage hotel, venue, and participant travel logistics for week-long in-person programs, including room blocks, meeting space, audiovisual requirements, food and beverage coordination, and accessibility needs.
- Partner with the corporate event planning team on the Global Commercial Meeting (GCM) and Summer Session, owning the Commercial Education & Effectiveness training workstream.
- Serve as the onsite point of contact during training programs, managing materials, shipping, badges, signage, room setup, and agenda changes.
- Track and reconcile program spend against budget, including vendor contracts, hotel invoices, purchase orders, and cost summaries.
- Build and maintain the Commercial Education & Effectiveness SharePoint site, including document libraries, permissions, metadata, version control, and naming conventions.
- Audit and retire sales training content on a scheduled basis and coordinate required internal reviews for clinical, marketing, and claims-related materials.
- Administer the learning platform, including curricula, enrollments, assignment rules, reporting, and learner record migration activities.
- Maintain accurate attendance, completion, assessment, and evaluation records and create post-program reports.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and other digital tools to organize, track, and report training activities.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication within the commercial organization regarding training events, schedules, and updates.
- Support onboarding for new sales and support team members by ensuring system access and training resources are available before day one.
- Administer post-training surveys and 60- and 90-day follow-up assessments and summarize findings.
- Prepare manager touchpoint materials, including pre-class briefing packets and post-class coaching guides.
- Provide administrative support to the Commercial Education & Effectiveness team and perform other duties as assigned.
Then "Experience, Education And Qualifications" paragraph:
"Bachelor's degree preferred. Five or more years of experience in program or project coordination, corporate meeting and event planning, training coordination, or a sales or support role. Experience in a diagnostic laboratory, biotechnology, or regulated healthcare environment preferred. Excellent organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a cross-functional environment. Experience coordinating multi-day, multi-presenter meetings or training programs, including registrations, room blocks, banquet event orders, and vendor invoicing. Strong professional verbal and written communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Demonstrated SharePoint proficiency, including document libraries, permissions, metadata management, and version control. Ability to effectively follow up with senior leaders and subject matter experts to secure commitments, presentations, and approvals on schedule. Learning management system administration experience preferred. Meeting or event planning certification is a plus. Ability to work extended and irregular hours during training program weeks. Location near the Fort Myers headquarters is preferred."
We need to split into Requirements and Skills maybe. But we have headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We could put education/experience under Qualifications, and skills under Skills. However we must not create thin sections; better to combine into Qualifications (includes education, experience, skills). But we have separate headings list; we can choose to include only Qualifications and maybe Skills if we have distinct skill items. Let's see: The qualifications paragraph includes both experience and skills. Could split: Qualifications: education, experience; Skills: specific skills (organizational, communication, SharePoint, LMS, etc). But we risk thin sections. However we have enough content for both.
Let's extract:
Qualifications (education & experience):
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Five or more years of experience in program or project coordination, corporate meeting and event planning, training coordination, or a sales or support role.
- Experience in a diagnostic laboratory, biotechnology, or regulated healthcare environment preferred.
Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a cross-functional environment.
- Experience coordinating multi-day, multi-presenter meetings or training programs, including registrations, room blocks, banquet event orders, and vendor invoicing.
- Strong professional verbal and written communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Demonstrated SharePoint proficiency, including document libraries, permissions, metadata management, and version control.
- Ability to effectively follow up with senior leaders and subject matter experts to secure commitments, presentations, and approvals on schedule.
- Learning management system administration experience preferred.
- Meeting or event planning certification is a plus.
- Ability to work extended and irregular hours during training program weeks.
- Location near the Fort Myers headquarters is preferred.
We could also include "Location near the Fort Myers headquarters is preferred." as a skill/requirement.
Now Benefits: we have list:
- Highly competitive benefits with a variety HMO and PPO options.
- Company 401k match.
- Employee Stock Purchase Program.
- Tuition reimbursement.
- Leadership development.
- 16 days of paid time off plus holidays.
- Wellness courses.
- Highly engaged employee resource groups.
- Career coaches internally.
- Many training opportunities to expand knowledge base.
We should include all.
Now About the role: include introductory paragraphs and mission statement.
Let's craft About the role section: combine the opening motivational sentences, the description of NeoGenomics mission, and the position summary? Actually position summary is part of responsibilities. We'll keep About the role as overview: includes the motivational questions, the statement about career development, benefits, and the mission statement. But we already have Benefits separate; we might not repeat benefits in About the role to avoid duplication. However we must preserve all substantive information; we can include benefits in About the role as well but that would duplicate. Better to keep benefits only in Benefits section. So About the role will include the motivational sentences, the statement about career development and training opportunities, and the mission statement about purpose driven mission and saving lives, plus the opening line about NeoGenomics opening.
Let's extract:
- "Are you motivated to participate in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment? Do you want to join a company that invests in its employees? Are you seeking a position where you can use your skills while continuing to be challenged and learn? Then we encourage you to dive deeper into this opportunity. We believe in career development and empowering our employees. Not only do we provide career coaches internally, but we offer many training opportunities to expand your knowledge base!"
- "Come join the Neo team and be part of our amazing World Class Culture! NeoGenomics has an opening for a Senior Training Program Specialist, Commercial Education & Effectiveness who wants to continue to learn in order to allow our company to grow."
- "Now that you know what we're looking for in talent, let us tell you why you'd want to work at NeoGenomics: As an employer, we promise to provide you with a purpose driven mission in which you have the opportunity to save lives by improving patient care through the exceptional work you perform. Together, we will become the world's leading cancer reference laboratory."
We'll combine these into About the role.
Now Responsibilities: we have core responsibilities list.
Now Qualifications: education & experience.
Now Skills: list of skills.
Now Benefits: list.
We must not include Pay or Schedule sections.
Now output HTML fragment: use
for each section heading, then
for prose,
- for lists.
