About the Opportunity:The TRAINING MANAGER role is responsible for overseeing the entire initial ABA training experience for new Behavior Technicians, ensuring they are well-prepared to deliver high-quality therapy. This position directly impacts client outcomes by maintaining training quality and supports the growth of the training team through supervision and coaching. Responsibilities: Manage the full training experience for new Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs). Ensure consistent and high-quality instruction in ABA principles, systems, and policies. Track trainee progress and assess readiness for direct therapy. Supervise and coach Training Coordinators, including performance evaluations and regular check-ins. Conduct audits and observations to maintain training quality and adherence to protocols. Serve as the escalation point for complex training issues. Collaborate with leadership to refine training programs and address gaps. Ensure compliance with state and funding training requirements. Maintain accurate training records and support audits. Provide BCBA supervision to Training Coordinators and RBTs conducting training. Take on additional responsibilities to support organizational growth. Requirements: BCBA preferred; master's degree in ABA or Certified RBT required. Minimum 3-5 years of ABA experience, including supervisory or training roles. Strong knowledge of ABA principles, ethics, and best practices. Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills. Ability to analyze data and translate feedback into training strategies. Comfortable with virtual coaching, video modeling, and remote evaluations. Highly organized, self-motivated, and effective in a remote environment. Reliable internet connection and private workspace.
