Job Description Join JPMorgan Chase Wholesale Lending Services (WLS) as a Role Readiness Vice President and help shape how teams learn, adapt, and perform across end-to-end loan operations. You'll partner with subject matter experts to create engaging, role-specific training and knowledge resources that accelerate new-hire readiness and support change at scale. As a Role Readiness Vice President in Wholesale Lending Services (WLS), you will be part of a team responsible for the training and knowledge management needs of the organization. Wholesale Lending Services (WLS) is part of the JPMorgan Commercial & Investment Bank providing commercial lending support to multiple business units across the firm. The Operation provides loan documentation; closing and funding; payment and fee processing; syndicated loan processing; credit administration; collateral perfection and management; customer service and reporting; and construction management. You will partner with subject matter experts to design, develop, deliver and support role-specific learning programs focused on new hire skill enhancement and change readiness. You will bring strong knowledge of loan operations and demonstrated experience developing content and engaging audiences on complex subject matters. Job Responsibilities Design, facilitate, and maintain new hire, skill enhancement and initiative-specific training programsManage the production of learning objects in a variety of formats including print, graphics, audio, video, and animation technologies to support online coursework and programsEvaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure that desired outcomes have been achievedDocument and maintain detailed training materials and job aid resources to assist end users in day-to-day functionsProvide guidance and subject matter expertise to organization and team on appropriate, high quality training solutions Translate subject matter expert knowledge into effective learning solutionsDocument, evaluate, and coach trainees on performanceParticipate in content reviews with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and validity of all training contentParticipate on project teams whose outcomes have significant impact to business resultsAssist managers in development and coaching of staffLead Role Readiness engagement with specific business units in the Operation to align strategy and develop execution plans Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills Foundational facilitation skills using varied training methodsStrong communication, planning, organization, time management, and presentation skillsStrong instructional design and analytical skillsProven loan operations experienceFlexible and independent, with ability to manage multiple prioritiesTechnically savvy, able to research and quickly learn new technologiesSkilled at assessing trainee readiness and ability to meet training standardsAdaptable to changes in content, policies/procedures, and regulationsAdvanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Effective in interacting at all organizational levelsCollaborative with global partners, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills Experienced in formal training/education and familiar with adult learning theoryProficient with Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, and Adobe Creative Cloud SuiteSeasoned with syndicated lending experience ABOUT US JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
