POSITION PURPOSE
Support strategic programs companywide that drive critical performance metrics and routinely pivots to meet the needs of the business.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Conducts employee training classes either in a store, classroom, or virtual platform in the areas of product knowledge, sales skills, leadership principles and best practices.
- Conducts store visits to support the district leadership team. Communicates all feedback to aid in the development of the curriculum. Provides coaching as needed.
- Build and maintain relationships with business partners at all levels of the organization.
- Ensures understanding of company's policies, procedures, and practices.
- Works in partnership with field teams to plan and deliver training solutions and resources for continuous employee development.
- Facilitates training exercises and activities to illustrate the content.
- Communicates with the Content Development Team to enhance and/or update curriculum.
- Provides customized learning solutions in partnership with regional leadership.
- Provides direct support to new hires during their first 90 days to ensure they meet company KPI targets.
- Manages expenses to adhere to set budget requirements.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

- EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- A bachelor's degree (B.A. / B.S.) in Adult Education, Training or related field is preferred.
- Wireless field experience is preferred.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft office including Microsoft teams and Excel.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Routinely writes detailed reports and correspondence and responds to questions and/or complaints.
- Routinely speaks effectively before groups of customers, clients, and managers and/or employees of organization.
DECISION MAKING & IMPACT OF ERRORS
- Limited – Makes limited decisions and determines best methods to solve problems by referring to established precedents and policies. Impact of decisions is usually low to moderate cost.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Able to sit up to 35% of the time.
- Able to stand and/or walk over 70% of the time.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Typically works remotely in a retail store environment and in a home office.
- Routinely presents in front of small to large groups.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
- Trip up to 100% of the time, including overnight.
