About the role

The role is responsible for overseeing the IT infrastructure and ensuring its efficient operation. This includes managing server operations, network administration, and software deployment.

Responsibilities

• Manage server operations, including monitoring and maintaining hardware and software systems.
• Administer network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and security.
• Deploy and maintain software applications across the organization's systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT solutions.
• Provide technical support to end-users as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in IT infrastructure management.
• Experience with server management, network administration, and software deployment.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms and virtualization technologies.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Experience with ITIL best practices and service management.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.
• Hands-on experience with Linux operating systems and command-line interfaces.
• Experience with DevOps tools and methodologies.
