Training Director/LD Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure implementation of policies and practices by direct care staff
• Undertake a variety of administrative and program management tasks
• Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
• Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops, and other training
• Assess the success of developmental plans and help direct care staff make the most of learning opportunities
• Assist in the evaluation and hiring of direct care staff and oversee their training

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Business Administration, Psychology, or a directly related field
• Five (5) years of professional experience related to the described duties
• Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager, or similar role
• Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
• Experience in project management and budgeting
• Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, sharp business acumen
• Professional Certification (e.g., CPLP) is a plus

Pay

Starting salary: $45,145
