Description The Instructional Designer is a key role in Corporate Training & Development, encompassing mastery of growth and development trainings and processes throughout Peak Support. Gaining expertise and a deep understanding of the needs of our internal stakeholders and the learning process that will take place for all team members who will represent the businesses, the Instructional Designer’s primary role is to transform the expertise they gain into training resources for global new-hire and level-specific trainings. Partnering with Training Facilitators and Producers, the output of the Instructional Designer strongly impacts the metrics that matter in Peak Support as a whole. Duties And Responsibilities Design and develop instructor-led and self-paced training materials for Peak Support’s teamsDeliver a T3 to Trainers who will facilitate the learning materialsEvaluate and enhance learning materials regularly for continued development and improvementStay updated on all process updates from the clients through regular check-ins with internal stakeholdersStrategize, design, and implement innovations in training programs across all of Peak SupportOptimize the knowledge base/learning materials of all of Peak Support’s programs Requirements Proficient in MS Office and design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Adobe InDesign, Articulate)Excellent communication skillsGreat collaboration and coordination skillsKnowledge and/or experience with technologies and best practices for instructional design and training deliveryOrganized and able to meet varied timelinesAble to prioritize and manage time efficientlyAble to analyze learning opportunities and strategize for better solutionsProactive problem-solving skillsAt least 2 years of experience in Instructional Design rolesStrict adherence to the PS Core ValuesStrong willingness to learn and adapt to emerging AI-driven solutions Knowledge and/or proficiency in LMS platforms and technologies Nice To Haves Certifications on Instructional Design courses
