Training Developer (Hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced Training Developer to design engaging learning solutions that improve employee performance. The ideal candidate has experience creating instructor-led and eLearning content, working closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), and translating complex information into practical, learner-focused training.Conduct training needs analyses to identify performance gaps and recommend effective learning solutions.Design and develop engaging learning experiences using adult learning principles.Create eLearning modules, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, job aids, and other performance support materials.Partner with SMEs to transform technical or complex content into clear, effective training.Develop measurable learning objectives and assessments.Ensure learning content is visually engaging, interactive, and aligned with business goals.Work independently while collaborating effectively with project stakeholders.Required QualificationsDemonstrated experience designing and developing training for adult learners.Experience using eLearning authoring tools, visual design software, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Suite.Experience with Microsoft Teams.Ability to quickly absorb complex information and convert it into clear, learner-friendly content.Experience creating scenario-based and authentic learning experiences.Strong listening skills and a collaborative, solution-oriented approach.Benefits:Health InsuranceSick time401k Pay Range: $48.00 - $53.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications) By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from HEPCO, Inc and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
