Full-time, in-office position located at 895 N 900 E, American Fork, Utah, 84003.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to the NEO Coordinator
- Perform periodic reception duties with CMTB clinics
- Maintain shared schedules
- Prepare interview documents and panel members
- Facilitate/assist with NEO interviews
- Contact applicants to schedule interviews and follow up
- Facilitate/assist with fingerprinting and Livescan process
- Monitor office supplies and place orders weekly
- Complete environmental tasks weekly
- Facilitate 3 fire drills per quarter
- Ensure employees are up to date with training
- Perform data entry and maintain shared documents
- Prepare and/or process documents; review for accuracy and completeness; reconcile discrepancies; make needed adjustments; update information and/or evaluate against policy; compare elements for consistency or logical relationships
- Write or draft correspondence, reports, documents, and/or other written materials
- Maintain and/or create files or record-keeping systems; sort, label, file, and retrieve documents or other materials
- Receive, research, and respond to incoming questions or complaints; provide information, explain policy and procedures, and/or facilitate a resolution
- Apply agency regulations, policies, and procedures
- Originate correspondence, documentation, and other written communication
- Provide the public and others with information and assistance in completing forms and applications
- Locate and assemble records and information which may be complex or difficult to identify, requiring substantial research, judgment, and subject matter knowledge
- Prepare and generate recurring reports involving automated processes and thorough subject matter understanding
- Perform basic accounting functions such as receiving and recording cash payments, basic bookkeeping, processing payroll, accounts payable/receivable
- Maintain calendars, schedules, and coordinate appointments, meetings, training, facilities, and other activities
- Assist in the training of vendors and new employees
- Ensure an adequate supply of materials by ordering, receiving, inspecting, and storing equipment, merchandise, commodities, materials, and/or supplies

About the Role
Incumbents in this job exercise independent judgment in office specialties and perform complex production tasks requiring specialized office skills plus a comprehensive knowledge of pertinent rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. The incumbent will serve as the focal point for advanced agency-specific assignment(s).
Pay
$14.75 - $26.73 hourly wage.
