Training Coordinator - Pilot Operations and R&D Labs

Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to identify training needs and align programs with requirements
- Develop and maintain a Training Requirements Matrix for all roles
- Administer electronic learning systems: assign and schedule training, monitor completion
- Maintain training records and provide metrics on compliance
- Cook up onboarding, safety, and technical training for new hires
- Coordinate refresher training and job-cycle checks as needed
- Facilitate training needs assessments to identify skill gaps
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in a relevant field (science, engineering, business, or training)
- 3-5 years of experience in technical or regulated training programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PDF software
- Familiarity with learning management systems, ideally in laboratory settings
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask
