Training Coordinator, Nuclear Power
About the role
Maintain and update MS Access database for tracking training records and generating reports for all Fluor Nuclear Power personnel.
Serve as Fluor University Administrator for employee training completions, curriculum assignments, and training item updates.
Monitor and assign training based on procedure changes, employee roles, and regulatory requirements.
Update and notify employees of newly issued or revised Nuclear-specific or project procedures.
Track training due dates and ensure timely completions; follow up with individuals/management as needed.
Collaborate with department managers and SMEs to ensure training requirements are current and met.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- A combination of education and directly related experience equal to ten (10) years; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors

Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent appropriate General Certificates of Secondary Education or global equivalent required
- Proficient in use of Fluor specialized software programs
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Superior organizational skills, judgment, flexibility
- Demonstrated proficiency on company standard personal computer equipment and software with the ability to train others

Market Rate
The market rate for the role is typically at the mid-point of the salary range; however, variations in final salary are determined by additional factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, relevant years of experience, geographic location, internal pay equity, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.

Salary Range
$50,000.00 - $93,000.00
