Training Coordinator II → Training Coordinator

Role: Training Coordinator responsible for organizing, developing, and delivering training programs to new and existing employees. Key Responsibilities: Assist with onboarding, provide ongoing group and individual training, teach policies, procedures, and Lab Information Systems, develop resources, evaluate and update training materials, serve as a procedural and compliance resource, support leadership in improving quality and service metrics, create improvement plans for underperformers, maintain training records, and support workflow during high volume periods. Travel to client sites or other branches may be required. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GED, valid California Phlebotomy License, and 3+ years of phlebotomy experience drawing patients of all ages. Preferred experience in training. Strong communication, attention to detail, customer service skills, ability to work independently, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a valid driver’s license. Must be at least 21 years old and pass a color blindness test. Additional Standards: Ability to pass background checks, work with minimal supervision, and demonstrate professionalism. Compensation & Benefits: Pay range from $23.00 to $35.00, with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, STD/LTD, 401(k), PTO/FTO, tuition reimbursement, and stock purchase plans, depending on schedule and hours worked.
