Training Coordinator
About the role
Taylor Corporation is hiring a Training Coordinator in their North Mankato-MN facility. The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $19 to $22 per hour, depending on qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate, facilitate, and manage onboarding and training for Customer Service, Prepress team members, and other roles as assigned
- Develop, update, and maintain engaging training materials, resources, and documentation
- Track trainee progress, provide regular follow-up, and conduct check-ins with trainees and trainers to ensure successful learning outcomes
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements to programs, processes, and materials
- Partner with department leaders and subject matter experts to ensure training content remains accurate, relevant, and aligned with business needs
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages engagement, confidence, and continuous development
- Support a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance training programs and employee performance

Qualifications
- Ability to remain in a stationary position and move throughout the facility
- Ability to operate equipment and handle print materials
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and/or carry up to 25 pounds

Pay
The anticipated hourly range for this position is $19 - $22. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
Schedule
You will work Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm.
