Training Coordinator

About the role

Pine Belt Mental Healthcare Resources is seeking a Training Coordinator to enhance the delivery of services to individuals with mental illness, intellectual/developmental disability and substance use disorders.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and facilitate training and professional development courses for agency staff.
• Train agency staff via in-person trainings such as CPR, the Mandt System, and other courses as needed.
• Maintain the Reilas tracking system for initial, onboarding, and annual training requirements.
• Manage workflow direction and multiple projects while ensuring they are completed on schedule.
• Travel across the agency's coverage area as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health field.
• Valid MS driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Reliable transportation.
• Demonstrate strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
