Training Coordinator

Program Name: Operations Location(s) this population will serve: All New Horizons Behavioral Health staff. Days & Time: This position will work 40 hours a week. Monday through Friday. Most programs work from 8am to 5pm, with a one-hour lunchbreak. Pay: $42,000 - $48,000 per year Job Responsibilities The candidate will: Manage the Relias Learning training system. Assign employees to scheduled trainings agency-wide.Communicate with employees virtually and in person. Conduct assigned training classes.Ensure ALL employees are current with their trainings and/or certifications.Complete other duties that may be assigned. Minimum Requirements Must have an Associate's degree, preferably in Business. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Must have excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
