Training Coordinator
Job Responsibilities
Aid in the onboarding of new employees and initial training to enhance their work performance and provide general education.
Offer ongoing group and individualized training sessions to support work performance improvements and departmental competencies.
Train employees on company and department policies and procedures, as well as Lab Information Systems.
Develop and implement training resources and programs to meet training objectives.
Evaluate and update existing training materials and plans.
Support leadership in achieving quality and service metrics goals.
Assist in creating improvement plans for underperforming employees.
Maintain accurate logs and records for all trainings conducted.
Provide training with respect and professionalism at all times.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED, or equivalent, with 3 years or more phlebotomy experience.
2 years or more experience in training or as a people leader preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
2 years or more experience in training or as a people leader preferred.

- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and time management skills
- Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
- Flexibility to travel throughout territory for training purposes
- Comfortable working under minimal supervision
- Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record with reliable transportation
- At least 21 years’ old
- Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
