Training Coordinator
About the role
Designs and develops engaging and interactive training solutions and assets, adhering to industry design standards. Leverages current design technologies and instructional design industry best practices to build online curriculum and training courses for the learning management system. Creates content using a variety of multimedia (e.g., audio, video, digital) and techniques (e.g., graphic manipulation).
Converts existing written programs to digital media and creates written communications, job aids, trainee materials, and instructor guides when appropriate. Evaluates training courses to identify areas for improvement.
Designs, develops, coordinates, and implements a broad range of learning assets and experiences that support employee development and drive business outcomes. Continually reviews existing education learning assets and experiences to evaluate accuracy and impact. Monitors and analyzes effects of Learning & Development programs, making necessary changes to current processes to ensure quality standards. Assists in the design, development, delivery, and evaluation of processes as assigned throughout Learning & Development.
Responsibilities
- Modify scripts and create storyboards
- Identify format/modality of training courses for ideal user interface (UI)
- Convert existing written programs to digital media
- Create written communications, job aids, trainee materials, and instructor guides
- Evaluate training courses to identify areas for improvement
- Design, develop, coordinate, and implement learning assets and experiences
- Review existing education learning assets for accuracy and impact
- Monitor and analyze effects of Learning & Development programs
- Assist in design, development, delivery, and evaluation of processes within Learning & Development
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or equivalent work experience
- Five (5) years of experience in education, training, or instructional design, with one year of experience in education evaluation and testing practices
- Knowledge of project management techniques and processes
- Knowledge of company policies/procedures and education delivery options
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Knowledge of instructional design principles and current industry best practices
- Ability to navigate learning management systems
- Proficient in eLearning development using design technologies (e.g., Adobe suite, Captivate, Premier Pro, O365, Articulate)
- Knowledge of user interface design
Pay
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $45.00/hr.

Schedule
This is a Contract position based out of Memphis, TN. The position is fully onsite.
This position is anticipated to close on Aug 12, 2026.
