Ability to work at a computer for long periods (up to 8 hours per workday). The ability to move consistently within a 1.5-mile radius is required. - About Northwest Center: description of organization. We need to decide sections: About the role (intro paragraph), Responsibilities (What You Will Do), Requirements (maybe combine Who You Are and Working Conditions?), Qualifications (maybe education/experience), Skills (maybe specific skills), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not create sections with filler. So we need to ensure each section has substantive content. We have Pay: Wage: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour. Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (also mention flexibility occasional nights/weekends). So schedule content exists. Benefits: we have list. Now we need to decide what goes into each heading. We could structure:

About the role

...

Responsibilities

  • ...

Requirements

... maybe combine education/experience etc.

Skills

  • ...

Benefits

  • ...

Pay

$23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule

Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, with flexibility for occasional nights and weekends based on event needs.

We must not include sections like Qualifications if we already have Requirements covering that. But we could have both Requirements and Qualifications if distinct. However we risk thin sections. Let's combine education/experience into Requirements, and Skills into Skills. We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all points from description, but we can group them. Let's extract details: About the role paragraph: Should include description of team, fast-paced, 5-star customer service, support and welcome Amazon employees during new hire and continuous development training sessions, onboarding and assisting with training to optimize customer experience, manage registration and logistics for events and meetings, collect and analyze data, assist with new initiatives and process improvements, requires increased autonomy, problem-solving, ability to work independently as sole on-site support staff, ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, operate with generalized direction, position located onsite on Amazon’s campus, flexibility in work schedule based on event needs, Location: Nashville, TN. We can put location maybe in About the role or separate? Not required to have location heading. We'll include in About the role. Responsibilities: list from "What You Will Do". We'll bullet each sentence. Requirements: education/experience: High School Diploma or GED required. Associate preferred. Minimum 2-year customer service, event staffing, or administrative support experience. Experience in customer service, event management, or administrative support. (maybe duplicate). Also commitment to mission, ability to work in diverse environment, confidentiality, composure, etc. Also Working Conditions & Physical Demands: lift up to 50 pounds, carry supplies, adjust furniture, work at computer up to 8 hours, move within 1.5-mile radius. We could include physical demands in Requirements or maybe separate but we don't have a heading for Working Conditions. Could include under Requirements as part of "Requirements". That's okay. Skills: interpersonal skills, communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel, experience with Salesforce, Qualtrics, similar CRM/survey tools, customer-focused attitude, positive upbeat attitude, reliable punctual, organizational skills, juggle multiple priorities, excellent organizational, communication, multitasking skills, attention to detail and accuracy. We need to avoid duplication but preserve all info. Some overlap between Requirements and Skills; we can separate: Requirements = education/experience + commitment + confidentiality + composure + physical demands. Skills = communication, technical, interpersonal, organizational. Now Benefits: list all benefits. Pay: wage. Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, flexibility for occasional nights and weekends. Now we must not include boilerplate like EEO, accommodation statement, etc. Remove those. We also need to remove duplicated lines, navigation, cookie, legal, scam-warning. The description includes some EEO statements at end: "Northwest Center is committed to offering reasonable accommodations..." and "Northwest Center is proud to be an equal opportunity employer...". We must remove those. Also remove the link to benefits? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; the link is a reference to benefits list; it's substantive? It's a URL; we could keep as part of benefits maybe as a link. But the instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The link is not boilerplate; it's a reference to benefits list. We could keep it as part of benefits: maybe include as link. However we must not invent or summarize away detail. Including the link is fine. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft. We'll need to escape any special characters? Not needed. We'll produce:
