Human Resources$25.6–$35.86/hrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes a Position Summary, Essential Responsibilities, Minimum Requirements, Benefits, Pay, maybe Schedule? It mentions hybrid work model: Many roles expected to work onsite three days per week (Tuesday–Thursday); however, work location expectations vary based on role, team, and business needs. That's schedule info. So we can include a Schedule section. We must not repeat job title as heading. Use

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must preserve all substantive info, not invent. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Deadline to Apply: 09/17/26", "EEO is the Law", etc. Also remove "Non-Bargaining" maybe not needed? It's metadata but could be minor; we can fold into a short

or drop. Probably drop. We need sections: About the role (maybe from Position Summary and company description). Responsibilities (Essential Responsibilities). Requirements (Minimum Requirements). Benefits (list). Pay (anticipated starting base pay). Schedule (hybrid work model). Possibly also "Qualifications" but we have Requirements. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content. We need to ensure we don't include duplicated lines. Let's extract content. Company description: "Xcel Energy (NASDAQ: XEL) is a leading energy provider and Fortune 500 company, dedicated to serving millions of electricity and natural gas customers across eight states: Minnesota, Colorado, Wisconsin, Michigan, North Dakota, South Dakota, New Mexico and Texas. We make energy work better for our customers, helping them thrive every day. That means always raising the bar - delivering better service and providing more reliable, resilient, and sustainable energy. Xcel Energy is a place where you’ll have opportunities to grow, expand your skills, and help lead the clean energy transition. We offer meaningful rewards, recognition, and support to help you build your career and make an impact - both on the job and beyond. Xcel Energy supports a hybrid work model to enable collaboration and flexibility. Many roles are expected to work onsite three days per week (Tuesday–Thursday); however, work location expectations vary based on role, team, and business needs." Position Summary: "Coordinate and maintain company training programs. Act as a liaison among students, managers, technical instructors, and oversight committees. Respond to requests about programs to outside agencies. Oversee aspects of programs and responsible for the end-to-end management of the training from scheduling through record keeping." Essential Responsibilities: list bullet points: - Coordinate the annual scheduling of customer programs with input from the instructors and business. - Interface with Training organization, customer and learning software systems to track progress against curriculums and reporting on key metrics. This includes organizing material, assigning content to users, tracking course to needs, and other program best practices, creating and refining efficient program management efforts. - Record, track, and maintain student records throughout multiyear training program(s) that supports end to end career development and internal mobility for front line technical workers. - Conducts audits to ensure accuracy in regulatory compliance. - Provide consistent and readable reporting to students, instructors, internal oversight committees and external regulatory agencies. This function keeps Xcel Energy in compliance with regulatory requirements to include but not limited to NRC, OSHA, NFPA, Union. - Event coordination for all aspects of the instructor led training experience to included: working with technical instructors, room reservations and set up, daily agendas, F&B, AV support, training materials, transportation, building access, parking. Provide students a positive training experience. Minimum Requirements: - High School diploma or equivalent. - Five years' experience in administrative support services. - Previous experience in the utility industry is preferred. - Knowledge of apprenticeship program operations and policies is preferred. - Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills. - Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office products. - Previous experience with a Learning Management System (LMS). - Ability to work with cross functional teams in a matrixed org. - Strong focus on continuous improvement. - Demonstrated project management experience preferred. Culture/Values maybe not needed as separate section; could be part of About the role. Benefits list: Spot On Bonus, Medical/Pharmacy Plan, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Dependent Care Reimbursement Account, Health Care Reimbursement Account, Health Savings Account (HSA) (if enrolled in eligible health plan), Limited-Purpose FSA (if enrolled in eligible health plan and HSA), Transportation Reimbursement Account, Short-term disability (STD), Long-term disability (LTD), Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Fitness Center Reimbursement (if enrolled in eligible health plan), Tuition reimbursement, Transit programs, Employee recognition program, Pension, 401(k) plan, Paid time off (PTO), Holidays, Volunteer Paid Time Off (VPTO), Parental Leave. Pay: "The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $25.60 to $35.86 per hour" Schedule: hybrid work model: Many roles expected to work onsite three days per week (Tuesday–Thursday); however, work location expectations vary based on role, team, and business needs. We should not include "Deadline to Apply", EEO, etc. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. We'll produce sections:

    About the role

with paragraph(s) containing company description and position summary. Maybe combine company description and position summary into one

or two. We'll follow rule: use

    for prose. We'll have

    Responsibilities

    with
    • for each responsibility.

      Requirements

      with
      • for each requirement.

        Benefits

        with
        • for each benefit.

          Pay

          with

          containing pay range.

          Schedule

          with

containing hybrid work model description. We must ensure not to include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Check for duplication: Some responsibilities sentences are long; we keep them as is. We need to ensure we preserve all substantive info. Did we miss any? The "Position Summary" includes: "Coordinate and maintain company training programs. Act as a liaison among students, managers, technical instructors, and oversight committees. Respond to requests about programs to outside agencies. Oversee aspects of programs and responsible for the end-to-end management of the training from scheduling through record keeping." We'll include that in About the role paragraph. Also "Our culture is grounded in shared values and employee commitments that guide how we work, support one another, and grow together. Our Values Connected, Committed, Trustworthy, Safe Our Employee Commitments Work that makes a differenceA team you can count ofOpportunities to growRewards that help you thrive" This is somewhat fluff but could be considered part of About the role. However it's somewhat generic; but it's substantive? It's values and commitments. Might be okay to include in About the role as prose. But we risk adding filler? It's not boilerplate; it's specific to Xcel Energy. We'll include it. We must not include "Non-Bargaining" etc. Now produce HTML. Let's craft:

          About the role

Xcel Energy (NASDAQ: XEL) is a leading energy provider and Fortune 500 company, dedicated to serving millions of electricity and natural gas customers across eight states: Minnesota, Colorado, Wisconsin, Michigan, North Dakota, South Dakota, New Mexico and Texas. We make energy work better for our customers, helping them thrive every day. Xcel Energy is a place where you’ll have opportunities to grow, expand your skills, and help lead the clean energy transition. We offer meaningful rewards, recognition, and support to help you build your career and make an impact - both on the job and beyond. Most importantly, it means you’ll be joining a company that knows employees are the driving force behind its success and is committed to helping you be your best. Xcel Energy supports a hybrid work model to enable collaboration and flexibility. Many roles are expected to work onsite three days per week (Tuesday–Thursday); however, work location expectations vary based on role, team, and business needs.

Position Summary: Coordinate and maintain company training programs. Act as a liaison among students, managers, technical instructors, and oversight committees. Respond to requests about programs to outside agencies. Oversee aspects of programs and responsible for the end-to-end management of the training from scheduling through record keeping.

But we already have schedule in separate section; maybe we should not repeat hybrid work model in About the role if we have Schedule section. However the instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. The hybrid work model content appears in the company description; we could still keep it there, but then Schedule section would be duplicate. Better to keep About the role without schedule details, and put schedule in its own section. So we can remove hybrid work model from About the role paragraph. Thus About the role paragraph: company description + position summary. Now Responsibilities: list each bullet. We need to ensure we capture all responsibilities bullet points exactly as given. Let's list them: 1. Coordinate the annual scheduling of customer programs with input from the instructors and business. 2. Interface with Training organization, customer and learning software systems to track progress against curriculums and reporting on key metrics. This includes organizing material, assigning content to users, tracking course to needs, and other program best practices, creating and refining efficient program management efforts. 3. Record, track, and maintain student records throughout multiyear training program(s) that supports end to end career development and internal mobility for front line technical workers. 4. Conducts audits to ensure accuracy in regulatory compliance. 5. Provide consistent and readable reporting to students, instructors, internal oversight committees and external regulatory agencies. Audits can impact wage agreements, advancements, suspensions, holds and potentially union agreements. 6. Complies with all Legal Hold Notices from the General Counsel. 7. Curriculum and content management to support various training programs. Content management includes tracking material accuracy, updating training assets and materials, scheduling and tracking review cycles, storage in common locations, naming conventions, maintain ISD framework for regulatory review and implementation. This function keeps Xcel Energy in compliance with regulatory requirements to include but not limited to NRC, OSHA, NFPA, Union. 8. Event coordination for all aspects of the instructor led training experience to included: working with technical instructors, room reservations and set up, daily agendas, F&B, AV support, training materials, transportation, building access, parking. Provide students a positive training experience. Note: Some have grammar issues but we keep as is. Now Requirements list: - High School diploma or equivalent. Now Benefits list: as given. Let's list them exactly: - Spot On Bonus
