Training Content Developer III
About the role
We are seeking a highly experienced Training Content Developer III to lead the design and development of complex, enterprise-wide learning solutions that drive business performance and employee growth. This role partners with senior stakeholders, Learning & Development teams, and subject matter experts to create innovative instructor-led, eLearning, and blended learning programs that deliver measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of enterprise-level training programs aligned with strategic business goals
- Partner with stakeholders, SMEs, and L&D consultants to assess learning needs and define instructional strategies
- Create instructor-led training, eLearning courses, blended learning solutions, assessments, job aids, and performance support materials
- Create advanced learning experiences, including simulations, scenario-based learning, gamification, and interactive assessments
- Serve as the lead instructional design resource for large-scale, high-visibility projects
- Manage project timelines, risks, stakeholder communications, and development milestones
- Conduct quality assurance testing and LMS validation to ensure an exceptional learner experience
- Maintain content libraries, version control, accessibility standards, and governance requirements
- Mentor peers and provide instructional design guidance, best practices, and QA feedback
Qualifications
- 10+ years of instructional design, curriculum development, or corporate training experience
- Proven track record delivering large-scale, high-impact learning programs
- Expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and performance-based training solutions
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and eLearning authoring tools
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field
- Industry certifications related to instructional design, learning technologies, or training development
- Experience with Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise), SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat Pro, multimedia tools, and voice-over production
