Training Center Instructor

Role Overview: Deliver technical automotive training to dealership service personnel, focusing on Honda and Acura vehicles. Maintain equipment, vehicles, and facilities to high standards, ensuring compliance with all industry and regulatory standards. Analyze training needs across districts and dealerships, providing recommendations to enhance technician skills and knowledge. Key Responsibilities Conduct technical training via assigned training centers and in-dealer sessions.Ensure certification requirements for repair, diagnostic, and individual technician training are met regularly.Maintain training center equipment, vehicles, and tools, ensuring readiness for technician use.Provide advice on automotive technical training modules and uphold training quality standards.Manage facility maintenance, vehicle preparedness, and tool availability.Support special projects related to technical training initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology, Industrial, Business, or Education; AA preferred.3-5 years of relevant automotive technical experience.Experience in automotive instruction or as a service technician.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong presentation skills.
