Technical Training Center Instructor

Role Overview: This position involves delivering technical training to dealership service personnel for Honda and Acura vehicles, both at training centers and on-site dealerships, to foster customer loyalty. Responsibilities include maintaining equipment, vehicles, and facilities to high standards, ensuring compliance with Honda, state, and federal regulations, and analyzing training needs to make informed recommendations. Key Duties Deliver comprehensive technical training and ensure certification requirements are met regularly.Maintain training center equipment, vehicles, and tools, ensuring readiness for technician use.Provide guidance on developing automotive technical training modules and support quality assurance.Manage facility upkeep, vehicle bugging, and tool availability.Participate in special projects and uphold professional standards. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology, Industrial, Business, or Education; AA preferred.3-5 years of relevant automotive technical experience.Experience as a secondary/post-secondary automotive instructor and technician.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong presentation skills.
