Training Center Instructor

Role Overview: This position involves delivering technical training to dealership service personnel for Honda and Acura vehicles, both in training centers and in-dealer settings. Key Responsibilities: Conduct training sessions ensuring certification requirements are met, maintain training equipment and facilities, and support development of automotive training modules. Ensure all equipment, vehicles, and tools are prepared and maintained according to standards, and uphold safety and regulatory compliance. Provide expert advice on training needs, monitor quality of training delivery, and support special projects related to technical education. Qualifications & Skills: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Industrial, Business, or Education; relevant experience in automotive technical fields; and prior experience as an instructor or technician. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong presentation skills, and the ability to analyze training needs are essential.
