Training Associate (Mobile Device Testing Lab)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in assessing training needs across various departments and levels within the organization.
• Collaborate with the Training Manager and other stakeholders to design and develop training curriculum, materials, and resources.
• Organize and coordinate training sessions, including scheduling, logistics, and participant communication.
• Actively participate in delivering training sessions, utilizing a variety of instructional techniques and formats to engage learners and facilitate learning outcomes.
• Support the implementation of e-learning platforms and other technology-based training solutions.
• Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, assessments, and other performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and innovations in training and development.

Job Qualifications

• Education/Certifications: High School diploma Preferred
• Experience: Training experience preferred.
• Skills And Qualifications: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with e-learning platforms and instructional technology. Ability to work with WMS Software. Ability to work overtime as required. Demonstrated passion for learning and professional development. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. Comfortable using computers and quickly learning new software or platforms as needed.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift fifty pounds as well as bending, standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods of time.
