Cellular Services Tester (Entry Level / Training Provided)

About the Role

The Cellular Services Tester works as part of the Roaming & Wholesale team, responsible for establishing, launching, and managing Limitless Mobile's roaming and wholesale relationships with wireless carriers globally, as well as supporting related billing and revenue assurance processes. This is an entry-level position in telecommunications, and training will be provided internally.

Responsibilities

• Testing of cellular services: phone calls, SMS, data, etc.
• Troubleshooting of failed test scenarios
• Communicating with mobile network operators worldwide
• Validating billing for test scenarios
• Shipping and tracking of physical and eSIMs
• Continuous personal development and skill-building in the roaming and wholesale function
• Any other tasks as assigned by management
