Responsibilities

• Analyzing learning needs
• Designing and developing training materials
• Delivering engaging learning experiences that build capability across the FPS2 program.

This role combines expertise in instructional design, adult learning methodologies, and facilitation skills to improve performance and support strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Must pass public trust clearance through the U.S. Federal Government (U.S. citizen or qualify via Foreign National Government System: lived in U.S. ≥3 of previous 5 years, valid non‑expired passport from country of birth, appropriate VISA/work permit).
• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, or related field and 5+ years of experience.
• Experience designing and delivering training in corporate, technical, or government environments.
• Proficiency with instructional design software (e.g., Articulate 360, Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond).
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Ability to create clear, visually appealing, and instructionally sound materials.
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a learning‑related field.
• Experience with LMS administration or learning data analytics.
• Exposure to Agile development or human‑centered design.
• Industry‑specific training experience (IT, cybersecurity, healthcare, operations, etc.).

Pay

$63,000 - $70,000

Schedule

Remote work environment operating within the Eastern time zone; expected hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern unless otherwise directed by manager. Occasional travel for training and project meetings, estimated to be less than 5% per year.
