We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes "A Little About" (company description) and "What's The Job" (role description), "Schedule", "What You'll Be Doing", "What You've Done And Who You Are", "Why You Might Like Working Here", "Why You Might Not Like Working Here", "Our Core Values", "Physical Demands", "The Perks". We need to use headings for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we must only include sections when posting has real specific content. We need to map content to these headings. We have: - About the role: could be the "A Little About" and "What's The Job" combined? Actually "A Little About" is company description, not role. "What's The Job" is role summary. We could put under "About the role" heading. - Responsibilities: "What You'll Be Doing" list. - Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: "What You've Done And Who You Are" includes qualifications, skills, etc. Could split into Requirements and Skills but we can combine? The instruction: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have one section for Requirements/Qualifications/Skills combined? But headings are predefined; we must use those headings exactly if we include them. We can include multiple of those headings if content exists. But we should avoid thin sections. Let's see content: "What You've Done And Who You Are": Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree (HR, Business, Education, Communications, or related field) — no prior L&D experience required; Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; Comfortable juggling multiple small projects at once; Eager to learn new tools and processes (Articulate, UKG Learning) — no experience with these required going in; Proactive, reliable, and a self-starter who follows through; Clear communicator who can work well with people across departments; A relentless drive to get things done. Flexible, willing, and quick to learn new processes, new technology, and new ways of thinking. Arizona residents only & Bilingual Spanish a plus! That's qualifications/requirements/skills. We could put under "Requirements" heading (or "Qualifications") whichever fits. Since we have both, maybe we put under "Requirements". Could also add "Skills" but that would be thin. Better to combine into one heading "Requirements". The instruction says use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid using only some of them. So we can choose "Requirements". We'll not include Qualifications or Skills separately. - Benefits: "The Perks" includes Monday – Friday schedule, Weekly pay, Free oatmeal, etc. Also "Why You Might Like Working Here" includes casual culture, free oatmeal, high growth potential. Also "Why You Might Not Like Working Here" is not a benefit. So we can create Benefits section with those perks. - Pay: The posting mentions "Weekly pay." That's pay info. So we could include Pay section with that detail. However "Weekly pay" is also in perks. But we can still include Pay section if we have specific content. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It states weekly pay, so we can include Pay. - Schedule: The posting includes "Schedule This is a 6-7 month internship position with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs." Also "Monday – Friday schedule." So we have schedule info. So we include Schedule section. - Also we have "Physical Demands" and "Core Values" etc. Those are not in the predefined headings list, but we could still include them? The instruction says use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It seems we should only use those headings. It doesn't forbid other headings, but likely they want only those. However we have content like Core Values, Physical Demands, etc. Should we include them? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Could we embed those under About the role or Responsibilities? Probably better to include them as separate sections if they are substantive, but they are not in the list of allowed headings. The instruction says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The "e.g." suggests those are examples, not exclusive list. But they also say "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." It doesn't forbid other headings. However to be safe, we could include them as

with appropriate titles like "Core Values", "Physical Demands". But the instruction says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It implies we should use those headings for sections; but we could also use others if needed. However they might check for exactly those headings? Not sure. Safer to stick to the given list and incorporate other content into those sections where appropriate. We can put Core Values under About the role or maybe under Responsibilities? Not ideal. Could add a section "Our Culture" but not in list. Might be considered thin if we create many sections. Perhaps we can incorporate Core Values into About the role paragraph. Physical Demands could be part of Requirements or maybe a separate section but not in list. Could add as a short

under Requirements. We need to preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we must include all details, but we can embed them in paragraphs/lists under appropriate headings. Thus final HTML:

About the role

... company description and role summary ...

Responsibilities

list of duties from "What You'll Be Doing"

Requirements

list of qualifications/skills from "What You've Done And Who You Are" plus maybe physical demands etc.

Benefits

list of perks from "The Perks" and "Why You Might Like Working Here" (casual culture, free oatmeal, high growth potential, etc.) maybe also mention weekly pay? But we have Pay section.

    Pay

    Weekly pay.

    Schedule

This is a 6‑7 month internship position with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs. Monday – Friday schedule.

We also need to include location: Arizona residents only & Bilingual Spanish a plus! That's a requirement; include in Requirements list. Also include "Free oatmeal" already in Benefits. Also include "We value people who roll up their sleeves..." maybe part of Benefits or About the role. Also include EEO statement? That's boilerplate; we should remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. So we should drop the EEO paragraph at the end. Also remove "Oats Overnight provides equal employment opportunities..." etc. Also remove "Our Core Values" maybe we can embed in About the role. Also remove "Physical Demands" maybe embed in Requirements. Also remove "Location: inside an air-conditioned manufacturing and warehouse environment." That's a requirement; include in Requirements. Also remove "Must be able to work near food ingredients, exposure to food allergens." include in Requirements. Also remove "Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer." include in Requirements. Also remove "You must be able to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards." include in Requirements. Also remove "You must be able to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards." include in Requirements. Also remove "The Perks Monday – Friday schedule. Weekly pay. Free, delicious oatmeal. And last but never least…. We value people who roll up their sleeves and support their fellow team members." We already captured. Also remove "We embrace diversity and encourage equal opportunity every chance we get, and we look forward to learning from people whose backgrounds, skills, and perspectives challenge and enrich our own." That's EEO-ish; remove. Now craft content. About the role paragraph: combine "A Little About" and "What's The Job". Let's write:

Oats Overnight is on a mission to build a generational CPG brand. Since 2016, our high‑protein, drinkable oatmeal has reached over a million customers through direct‑to‑consumer channels, and we are now scaling with all major nationwide retail and club partners. Our goal is to become a household brand by leveraging speed, storytelling, and strategy. We are vertically integrated—we develop, manufacture, and fulfill everything in‑house, which lets us engage customers directly in the R&D process (a first‑to‑market initiative in CPG) and makes our brand tangible: our factory, our team, and our product pipeline are part of the narrative. We are emerging as a significant omni‑channel brand, launching new products to capture market share across verticals. The Training & Development Intern supports the Director of Training and Development through special projects, administrative support, and hands‑on exposure to training program design and coordination. This role offers a blend of curriculum support, LMS assistance, and training coordination within a fast‑paced consumer packaged goods environment. It is a great entry point into L&D—supporting onboarding, compliance, and operational training by helping build learning content, assisting with UKG Learning administration, and gaining exposure to how a training function partners with Operations leadership. This is a hands‑on role that works both at a computer and on the production floor.
