Training and Compliance Instructor - Bilingual In Spanish

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training courses and instruction on OSHA, First Aid, CPR, and other safety topics.
• Sell and schedule training sessions.
• Upsell safety and first aid products to training customers.
• Work with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction and OSHA compliance.

Skills/Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• Familiarity with safety products and requirements
• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

Compensation

• A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $60,000 - $120,000/Year
• This includes a combination of base salary plus earned commissions
• The range takes into account factors such as skill sets, experience, and training, performance, and other business and organization needs
