About the role

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and implementation of security strategies and solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to protect against cyber threats.
• Develop and maintain secure systems and applications.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in cybersecurity.
• Experience with threat intelligence gathering and analysis.
• Knowledge of common security protocols and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• CISSP certification preferred.
• Experience with penetration testing tools and techniques.
• Understanding of network architecture and design principles.
• Knowledge of cloud security and virtualization technologies.

Skills

• Advanced knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
• Experience with security frameworks like OWASP, CIS, or NIST.
• Proficiency in security auditing tools such as Nessus, Qualys, or OpenVAS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
