Training and Compliance Instructor - First Aid and Safety - Bilingual in English and Spanish
Responsibilities
- Facilitate training courses and instruction on OSHA, First Aid, CPR, and other safety topics.
- Sell and schedule training sessions.
- Upsell safety and first aid products to training customers.
- Work with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction and OSHA compliance.
Skills/Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Familiarity with safety products and requirements
- High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- PREFERRED: Experience in training, teaching or facilitating
- PREFERRED: Business-to-Business, industrial and/or outside sales experience

Compensation
A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $60,000 - $120,000/Year and is a combination of base salary plus earned commissions. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, performance, and other business and organization needs.
