Training and Compliance Instructor - First Aid and Safety

About the role

We are seeking a Training and Compliance Instructor specializing in First Aid and Safety. In this role, you will facilitate training courses on OSHA, First Aid, CPR, and other safety topics, sell and schedule training sessions, up-sell safety and first aid products to training customers, and collaborate with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction and OSHA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training courses and instruction on OSHA, First Aid, CPR, and other safety topics.
• Sell and schedule training sessions for customers.
• Up-sell safety and first aid products to training customers.
• Work with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction and OSHA compliance.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Familiarity with safety products and requirements.
• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in training, teaching, or facilitating (preferred).
• Business-to-Business, industrial, and/or outside sales experience (preferred).
