Training & Adoption Lead

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the CAM training curriculum, including the initial two-week onboarding training and the recurring bi-weekly cadence thereafter
• Develop and deliver role-based learning paths: an ATO Manager track and a System User track, each tailored to the responsibilities of the audience
• Create instructional materials including slide decks, hands-on lab exercises, recorded videos, and quick-reference guides, in partnership with the Technical Writers
• Deliver live training sessions for new cohorts and for refresher / new-functionality sessions on the recurring bi-weekly cadence
• Host scheduled office hours (recommended weekly) to support ad hoc CAM Module questions
• Capture and triage learner feedback and identified gaps; update curriculum accordingly
• Coordinate scheduling, delivery, and post-training evaluation; track training completion and competency
• Maintain attendance, participation, and feedback records to support program reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Cybersecurity, or related field
• 5+ years of instructional design and training delivery experience, including adult learning principles (ADDIE, SAM, or equivalent)
• Experience designing and delivering technical training for enterprise software platforms; ServiceNow preferred
• Familiarity with ATO/RMF processes and federal cybersecurity terminology
• Proficiency with training authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Captivate, or equivalent) and modern delivery platforms
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and written communication skills

Nice to Have

• CPTD (Certified Professional in Talent Development) or equivalent
• Prior experience training cybersecurity or compliance audiences in a federal or VA context
