Responsibilities
- Facilitate training sessions at hospitals and clinics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Document user training successful completions
- Attend and lead stakeholder meetings
- Support go-live readiness activities
- Coach end users through hands-on training
- Enhance the client’s training strategy through various formats
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree minimum
- 3+ years of training experience
- Experience with Oracle Health/Cerner EHR
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to multitask
- Able to work 12-hour shifts on site
- Must be willing to travel up to 100%
