Responsibilities

  • Facilitate training sessions at hospitals and clinics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Document user training successful completions
  • Attend and lead stakeholder meetings
  • Support go-live readiness activities
  • Coach end users through hands-on training
  • Enhance the client’s training strategy through various formats

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree minimum
  • 3+ years of training experience
  • Experience with Oracle Health/Cerner EHR
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to multitask
  • Able to work 12-hour shifts on site
  • Must be willing to travel up to 100%

$89,000 – $148,000 annually

Schedule
