Training and Adoption Specialist

About the role

MacMore is looking to fill a part-time position for an Experienced Training and Adoption Specialist for a pending contract award at the Farm Credit Administration. Location: Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, with primary concentration at the FCA headquarters office in McLean, Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Develop and conduct tailored training for stakeholders.
• Produce job aids and reference guides.
• Conduct instructor-led training sessions (virtual or in-person).
• Support during initial user adoption to address questions, issues, or workflow adjustments.
• Provide documentation and ad hoc training to designated FCA technical staff on feature enhancements or system changes.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in curriculum creation for eDiscovery program development.
• Experience in user enablement, tool adoption and change management.
• Experience in creating and maintaining job aids for stakeholders.
• Experience partnering with attorneys and litigation support to design workflows and provide hands-on support.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of recent experience (education may not be substituted for experience) that includes:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an eDiscovery Training Specialist.
  • Lead training strategy for eDiscovery platforms.
• Experience and working knowledge of Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) standards.
• Proficient in technical writing and documentation.
• Experience in data governance, retention and data systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Purview and related Microsoft 365 compliance tools.
• Experience with legal hold, preservation, and data-collection best practices.
• Experience in information security, access control and auditing practices.
• Familiar with federal government procurement process and requirements.
