Key Responsibilities
- Cook up and support multi-state audits for onboarding cohorts, ensuring timely completion of all required training.
- Conduct routine compliance audits and proactively follow up with trainees, supervisors, to address incomplete or overdue training requirements.
- Monitor and audit ongoing RBT supervision requirements, distribute monthly supervision tracking tools, and escalate compliance concerns as needed.
- Maintain centralized training trackers, dashboards, and documentation systems to ensure audit readiness and data accuracy across assigned regions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Practice Managers/Coordinators, Scheduling Teams, Clinical Supervisors, and Credentialing to ensure seamless onboarding transitions and regulatory alignment.
Qualifications
- Current RBT certification or Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Human Services, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in an ABA clinical setting.
- Experience training, mentoring, or coaching clinical team members.
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and clinical service delivery.
- Strong working knowledge of BACB requirements, RBT certification processes, and data tracking systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides) with demonstrated ability to manage high-volume administrative workflows.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently with high accountability.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with audit preparation, high-volume tracking, follow-up, systems administration.
- Familiarity with CentralReach, Safety Care systems, or related platforms.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
