How You’ll Make An Impact

• Delivering practical and theoretical sessions across apprenticeship and further education (FE) pathways
• Managing the full learning experience for students
• Conducting progress reviews with apprentices and employers
• Tracking Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) to ensure alignment between on- and off-the-job training
• Developing, assessing, and evaluating training materials and courses to drive continuous improvement
• Supporting curriculum development and quality improvement initiatives
• Maintaining accurate student records and progress data
• Promoting Health and Safety awareness within the training environment

The Role

Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC) is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Trainer in Professional and Business Management.
