Corporate Trainer
Position Responsibilities
Lead “Uline University” training programs which include half-day to full day onboarding, team building and professional development sessions.
Partner with business leaders, HR teams and external vendors to prepare and execute engaging learning programs that support employee growth and business goals.
Identify key metrics for learning effectiveness and monitor class survey results to continually improve course offerings.
Develop and mentor Trainers across the organization to drive consistent, high-quality learning experiences.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 3+ years in Facilitation and Training Design, plus previous management experience.
- Industry certifications such as DDI, DiSC and MBTI preferred.
- Experience with LMS and eLearning practices a plus.
- Able to travel 20% of the year to Uline’s North American locations.
