Corporate Trainer
About the role
Help shape how technology is adopted across our client’s organization.
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with end users to implement technology solutions and deliver software training
- Create presentations and provide live, virtual, and recorded training sessions
- Design eLearning content, videos, job aids, and scalable learning resources
- Assess workflows and recommend technology adoption improvements
- Build and maintain knowledge resources for software, processes, and technology tools
- Collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure successful user adoption and system functionality
- Support onboarding, technology rollouts, and AI-enabled learning initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
Background in a law firm, professional services, healthcare, financial services, consulting, or another highly regulated environment
Strong instructional design and adult learning knowledge
Experience creating digital learning content, including videos and eLearning
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels
Self-starter with a consultative, solution-oriented mindset
Ability to translate business workflows into impactful technology learning experiences

Pay
$70-90K based on experience
