Key Details: The Trainer I position is primarily remote. Candidates must be willing to work M-F, 9-5:30pm or 10-6:30pm ET to be considered for the position. Responsibilities Conduct training needs analyses to determine specific training needs for Pharmacy Services department staffIdentify, select, and develop appropriate training programs, including the selection or design of appropriate training aidsEvaluate effectiveness of training programs, including cost and benefit analysesResearch, analyze and recommend external training programsMaintain records of training activities and employee progressAssist in auditing work performed by staff and present findings and recommendations for areas of improvement to managementAssist with revisions to policy and procedures and/or work process developmentMay be required to travel a few times per yearPerforms other duties as assignedComplies with all policies and standards Highly Preferred Skills Strong training/facilitation skills in a remote work environmentPharmacy or managed care operations experienceBasic curriculum development skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office productsEffective communication skills, both verbal and written Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience. 2+ years of training experience, preferably in a managed care or healthcare environment.
