About the role

In our fast-paced airport environment, Trainers play a critical role in onboarding and developing new team members while ensuring operational standards, guest service expectations, and food quality requirements are consistently achieved.
Responsibilities
- Train and onboard new Front of House and Back of House team members
- Demonstrate and reinforce Chick-fil-A service, food quality, and operational standards
- Provide hands-on coaching and real-time feedback during shifts
- Support team member development through observation, instruction, and encouragement
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards throughout the restaurant
- Auxiliary support with guest service and kitchen operations as needed
- Ensure team members follow proper procedures, recipes, and safety guidelines
- Monitor training progress and communicate development opportunities to leadership
- Lead by example through professionalism, accountability, and a positive attitude
- Support both Front of House and Back of House teams during high-volume periods
- Uphold Chick-fil-A standards, policies, and appearance guidelines
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous Chick-fil-A, restaurant, customer service, or food service experience preferred
- Prior training, coaching, or leadership experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong communication, teaching, and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence
- Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds regularly
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
