About the role

The Floor Level Trainer is a critical, hands-on leadership role responsible for the safety, onboarding, coaching, and upskilling of warehouse associates within the distribution center. Acting as a vital bridge between front-line operations management and the production floor, this position ensures the flawless execution of standard operating procedures (SOPs) while driving associate engagement and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on training and leadership.
• Spend 80–90% of shift directly on the warehouse floor.
• Cultivate a culture of safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement from day one.
